Capturing and Managing Construction Photos

Hi everyone


Just wanted to know if anyone out there has had experience in managing construction photos (incl. marketing and function photos) and can really help me. I am working on a government construction site.


How are you cataloguing them?
What type of categories do you use?
What naming convention do you use?
What information tags are required?
Is the information (properties) on the digital photos do justice?
Has have any lessons learnt that they want to share?
Experiences can including having to retrieve and use them for any reasons mostly defects and in the event a building is built and then there is a reno or maintenance issue.
